Can I make monthly payments toward my bill?
We do ask that you pay for all services at the time they are provided. There is an option for CareCredit, and if you qualify, you can make regular payments on your bill through this service. You can find out more information about CareCredit through our links page.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment, including cash, credit card, and debit card. We even offer a payment plan through CareCredit for those larger, unexpected amounts as well as Scratchpay.
My dog always seems to get sick when the office is not open. What do I do in an emergency?
We have a veterinarian who is on call when the office is not open. Just call our regular office number, (505) 286-4604, and follow the prompts on the message. Our on-call vet will get back to you and make arrangements.
